If anyone has pictures to put on the blogg, you can e-mail them to me or burn them. I try to take as many as possible as I coach so I may not get as many as I like.
Guys at Iola
The guys have been working hard. They improved their position from last year. Iola is not for the weak of heart because it is a hard course with hot and humid weather.
Girls at Iola
The girls train hard to race hard. The effort they have put into practice has earned them a 2nd Place trophy at Iola. Marissa, Megan and Miranda also earned medals. Good work ladies
